One of Annette Hanshaw's greatest vocals from 1927 and she's usually great on everything she sang. But this one is a marvel. Nina Paley used many of Annette's original vocals in her film "Sita Sings the Blues," which I saw by chance on PBS and thanks to Nina -- I fell in love with both her film and Annette Hanshaw. I think many people discovered Annette through Nina's film and that alone is a marvelous thing. That's all.

This was a really good movie to me, quite entertaining and the imagination flowed throughout Nina Paley's film. This is actually one of my favorite parts, besides the bloody body parts flying around.
