For over 45 years, I've never grown tired of your beautiful voice. Heaven is now a more beautiful place. RIP Mary.

Mary had a one of a kind voice. I morphed from folk music to blues in the 1960's, but when Mary sings, she has my full attention. I saw them live in '67 (?), in Long Beach, and they were just as good as their records. Mary had that special quality with her voice, much like Jerry Garcia had with his guitar interludes or Ringo Star with his uncanny beat. There is an transcendent otherness to it that you can physically feel in your heart and mind. You even breathe differently.

@pendragonU Glad I'm not the only one with tears in my eyes.

What a powerful performance! What else would one expect from PPM? Their music is just as relevant today as in the 60's. What a shame they couldn't last forever. Hopefully their music will.

One of my favourite Peter, Paul & Mary songs. Such a talented trio beyond words. They were together as a trio for decades & decades. We thought when we were young that they would always be around, just years & years of incredible music & voices that blended so beautifully. So sad when I heard the news about Mary. Do you by chance have their song to post called, "The Good Times We Had?"
There is one "live" posting on Youtube but do you have the song from their studio LP?

We used to watch the sundown and sing this song at my camp. The most beautiful moments of my life <3

This is one of the most perfectly written songs of all time. Performed exactly as I imagine it should be.
