I feel like the Japanese voice actor is an a lot better screamer than the English voice actor, although both of them are very talented... But naturally the Japanese are the better screamers. Considering the Nuclear Powerstations accidents and Tsunami's that's been harrassin their country the last years... *Shrug* Just sayin'.

Psh. The Original far exceeds Crisis Core. But Crisis Core is a very good game nonetheless.

Yeah his smile is kinda before his home is burnt to the ground, before he gets handicapped, before his friend dies and before he gets stabbed through the gut. Not to mention before Aeris dies.
I'd say that leaves some pretty deep emotional scars on a person.

@deluxeember Yeah... No... The FFVII Original version was kinda more brutal than this. SPOILERS!!! First he drags Cloud to see Midgar. Then Shinra catches up to them. He goes back to fight the soldiers. He wins and goes back supporting Cloud on his shoulders. Shinra gets reinforcements. He gets shot in the back. He falls on his back. Shinra pummels him full of lid on the ground. Shinra leaves handicapped Cloud to die. Cloud crawls over to Zack. Zack is dead and no final words are exchanged.

What doe Zack say at 1:37, when he's looking at Cloud in the back of the truck? I can make out "Are you all right?" by reading his lips, but not what he says afterwards...? Or am I reading his lips wrong?

His lips are moving to the Japanese words but in English he says "We're friends, right?"

zack's voice in this vid is not better than the one who play's the zack in crisis core... my opinion

Nope. Rick Gomez has always been the English voice for Zack.
