As you can hear saying “feel on your hamstring” it means that your knees are not locked but flexed. With straight knees could be too much stress on lower back, but with flexed (almost bent) knees and shoulders lower than you hip, would eliminate any pressure on lower back, shifting everything on hamstring. On later version of my exercises techniques, you can see the right body posture on bent over rows from side view, several of the complexes exercises on you tubes. Istvan Javorek
