If you wanna make the phone silent, can you make it silent without vibration? or does silent mode means it will not ring but will vibrate? I used a Samsung phone once and couldn't turn off vibration in silent mode, what about this phone? thanks

@VanillaSky221 You can select vibrate or mute from the silent profile so I would say vibrate can be turned off.

what's the battery life on this?

@rumvodkaf1 I get 3-4 days out of it with normal use. Having said that been using the web on it a lot lately and it's lasting maybe 1.5 - 2 days.

if you're on a WLAN or wifi or w.e does it cost money? and can you use programs like face book and messenger via WLAN/wifi?

Using my own wifi costs me nothing, using someone elses would be a different matter though of course. Depends. Yes I can use facebook and messenger using wifi.
