well i kick with ma heel down n use ma toes. does it make anydifference. Thanks alot though cuz i wanna get those so bad. Its hard for me to know how its like because every bestbuy around ma place only sells the hd1. n hd1 is too small n idk i dont like em. They make so much vibrations on the floor when you hit the cymbals

I think the noisiest part is the kick drum...cymbals are next, toms are pretty quiet...It kinda depends on the song you're playing, heavy metal songs will drive your neighbours insane but normal rock songs should be ok.

i'm interested in getting this for my studio but what about the outputs? i know i will need to mix every drum sound in pro tools. how many outputs do it have?

@BlackSoulent
MIDI OUT Connector
Output Jacks (L (MONO), R) (Stereo 1/4 inch phone type).
Not that much unfortunately. I'm currently using Cubase with EasyDrummer and a MIDI-to-USB cable to record, and that works perfectly fine. You can easily mix it with a .mp3 file or something.

can you make a half open hi hat sound?
aldrin81 2 years ago
Yep, you also have a pedal for your left foot to open and close the hi-hat.

i found the rubber sound of the set in general annoying, do you preamp what your playing, or mixing it?
ChaKalHR 2 years ago
Im not mixing anything at all :) It's connected to my guitar amp. So the Dosed song is played via the amp as well as my drumkit sounds :)
