August 2, 2011: Greg and his training partner, Mark Menslage, are training again. Now, the focus is on the 2011 WPF World Championships. Greg is applying the classic Prilepin's Table to his training. The weight is slightly less than 80% of his one-rep max, and he did 3 sets, totalling 15 reps. In this case, the Prilepin Number of Lifts Score (PNLS) is .625, and Greg will work to bring that score up closer to 1.0.
