  • He didn't fail. He was demonstrating, for those who are too ignorant to comprehend, an alternative technique, for people who do not have the right equipment or do not have a spotter with them, when you are unable to make another rep while bench pressing. How in the world is that a fail? What I think a fail is, is not knowing what to do after you can't lift the barbell anymore and get injured in the process. *sigh*

  • Bellyfat's a bitch ain't it?

  • hahahaha I do that too xD!

  • Nice work bro I usually lift alone so I'll do this next time I can lift to heavy

  • who would benchpress that close to a tv?

  • I used to do rolls of shame just like this, then I took a 300lb barbell in the knee

  • stuped

  • I think he was trying to show you what to do if you couldn't lift it.

  • Lol just had to give the piece sign

  • good video, but its kind of common sense really. just making it safe really
