@rakyaband Yep, spot on. It helps the singer out a lot. My old band in the late 80's-early 90's did the same thing too & we were only in our 20's.
/Fun fact, KISS "Alive II" was actually sped up a little bit in the studio to give the recordings a "sense of urgency."

He's off key because Guitars are Tuned 1/2 or even 1 Step Down and he's just trying to find the Voice Line suitable to the Instruments Tone, hell load of Bands do that all the Time as they're getting "older" so they dont wear out before ending every Show and burn their Voice throughout the Tour, still with all that RATT Rocks Baby!
