Solution for Cast Quartet puzzle. btw, for the 2nd part, there's also another way to do it but I find that one on the video easier.

  • Wow, I managed to take this puzzle apart on my own but I'm glad I didn't waste hours and hours trying to reassemble it without help!

Which Hanayama puzzle is your favorite? This is the first one I've bought. I think the enigma looks interesting since it seems so simple (there are only three pieces and it looks like they have a very limited possible ways they can move).

  • @gumpish Have to say this is one of my favourites as it's been the most difficult for me to solve. The most recent I bought was the Chain but that was cracked and solved in 2 hours :P

  • i get really confused around 3:30-3:50.......... for some reason the four pieces wont come together..... i can only get 3 of them, not all four.... please help!!!! :) thnx

  • The formation you're trying to create should remind a trapezoid. If it's not, it will block progressing. Easier way (description lies) is to make two 8-figures and slide them together. You should do the 8-figures by pairing HANAYAMA and QUARTET pieces as well as the counterparts, don't try Hanayama & Counterpart or same with Quartet, it won't fit. It's not hard for you to figure how to make an 8-figure out of those two pieces, I reckon :) Hope this helps even the slightest bit

  • i solved this by an random turns and put it back in random turns also XD

  • hehehe =) i also solved this by random fiddling but to put it back together was a harder one :P

  • Especially the music is very relaxing!

  • is it me or is the harder part putting it back together?

  • okay, something is ridiculously wrong here....I have watched 4 videos almost intensively, and I cannot past the beginning moves. The video was fucking idiotic....the first 3 moves didn't even work...I seriously doubt that if I can't move a piece with force/jiggling the fuck out of it, that the guy in the video could slide the piece around with room to spare. I'm getting confused already, and I'm only 2:30 into this.....good luck, me! lol

  • Just watching this video is giving me a headache :) I actually laughed out loud when he said "this part is a bit tricky".

  • Getting this back together is a true level 6. It's the hardest one, and I have all the 5's and 6's. The Vortex is a pain, and Duet takes time, but this one makes the Enigma look easy.

A truly stunning puzzle to get back together. I'm getting worried that I might not have the dexterity to do it.

  • Vyras.....bet pirstukai svelnus kaip pas mergaite.....kompiuteristas arba muzikantas....

  • REALLY GOOD you help me a lot... Now i can do it really good :)
