@nelleedii actually I DO HAVE a clue....bc not only am i actually IN the ballroom scene, my great grandmother is Carmen Xtravaganza, Jose Xtrava is my uncle, Derrick Xtrava is my Uncle, Hector Xtravaganza is my godfather, so i would think i have a sound understand of how Venus was portrayed both in person and in film, considering my grad research is COMPLETELY on the ballroom scene. and again, it's NO SHADE knot.

im not sold on the whole ballroom scene and i've attended them...they are not positive in what they represent which is superficiality,rudeness(shade)­which they think it's cute especially from the ones that live for the house,they buy stuff to wear for a ball and return it the following day(with another p[ersons credit card)the least you could do if you wear "lables"is own them.They are definitely not a good representation of the gay community.
