The Heritage Foundation was founded in 1973 and according to their website they are a research and educational institution. Their mission is to formulate and promote conservative public policies based on the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense. We know they have been suppressing other fuels & energy capabilities to protect oil profits ... the people have to stand up for themselves & stop depending on oil.
