ONDOY BLUES

October 2, 2009, Cebu City, Philippines

On Saturday, September 26, 2009, the Philippines (Luzon and Metro Manila) was devastated by Typhoon Ondoy (International Code Name: Ketsana).

The tropical storm brought the worst rainfall to Metro Manila in the last 42 years and caused severe and widespread flooding in the affected areas in Northern Philippines.

This video offers just a small glimpse of the catastrophe and the unmitigated suffering of our people.
