Pakistani president Asif Ali Zardari's trip to Dubai for a medical check-up has sparked speculation that he is likely to resign. A U.S foreign policy magazine claims that Zardari had a mild heart attack..And could have an angioplasty today. Zardari was flown to Dubai in an air ambulance. The Pakistani president is said to be under tremendous pressure over his controversial memo to the U.S in which he had feared an Army coup. A former US government official said Zardari was "incoherent" when he spoke to President Barack Obama about Nato's killing of two dozen Pakistani soldiers on November 26th.
