Adam,
Well of course I knew it all along, I was just testing you young whippersnappers to see if any of you knew it.
Yeah, that's the ticket. I never lie neither!
Thanks,

Tom,
C'mon, now! It's "Calico Rag," by Nat Johnson, from 1914.

Tdup1941..You totally rock.....I discovered...excuse me...re-discovered ragtime becaue of your videos....looking up the Orange Blossom Special...and finding your recording of Marty Mincer (IMHO the definitive version) ..who then he knocks the Calico Rag out of the park....which lead me to the Old Time Piano Championships.... and of course the uber prodigy and anointed one Adam Swanson..thanks for saving the genre.

Gosh, I'm glad you enjoy ragtime and found some good stuff on my channel and others that focus on the genre here on YouTube. There are plenty of great channels to explore!
BEST!

Thank you Tom for making it possible (on the other side of the ocean) to see one of the very best ragtimeplayers doing such a wonderful performance.
