Me too. Same is true about Texas. There is a very loud minority and I almost want to see it go forward so that it would fail.

I'd like to think that even if there are seething racists in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana (there are, I've spent enough time here to know what I'm talking about), there are many more people who believe in a collective future and are glad that are secessionist past is in the past.
