I like the Rocktron switching system, because you just have to route the pedals you want where you want and when you want. I think a great rig is a rig that gives to you what you like to hear, so its a really difficult thing and its alway connected to your style and your favour. The most important thing is that you only put pedals and stuff in it which you really like and which really give you a nice sound. By the way I like the natural tube things ;)

@FireFox9032 Maybe for you and what you're trying to do but you don't have to be negative about a great rig just because you think it's too much for you; many guitarists search for that great tone and while a lot of us do get a great tone, many think that no matter how great it is, maybe we could get an even better tone. Additionally, the more stuff we have, the more we can do - I've got a long way to go to catch up to some of these guys but I applaud them and look forward to a similar rig.

@TheKmbt No it won't and it won't sound NEARLY as good. I've had lots of Digitech stuff over the years (the GSP-2101 was my favorite) and while it is OK stuff, it's not as good as some of the other guitar effects and nothing can beat the sound of a good pre-amp with 12AX7 tubes going into a power amp with EL34s or 6L6s or whatever other flavor you like.

Hi this is simon of the Rocktron rig - if you look at the details you will see that i have four cabs linked up in sterio & my two pre amps are loop as 1 & 2 one id for clean and crunch and the other is for lead and distortion

Hii
Amazing!!
By the way , how do you use 2 preamps with the same power amp? Do you have an A/B/C selector switch to enter the different preampsand then cables from preamps to rocktron patchmate? And then? cables from patchmate to the power amp?
