I've already made a video explaining that I was WRONG about there not being a new Flight Sim from Microsoft. I believe I also put an annotation at the beginning of this video explaining that I was wrong about it as well.

Just press Ctrl+Shift+U to toggle it on/off.

Actually you are wrong, They are developing what is called Flight Simulator Live, based on the Games for Window Live platform. While not officially announced, they have posted job postings for PM's, Software Engineers, Graphic artists and testers for it. I do agree it's not going to be released this year, maybe not even next year. What it ends up being, if they follow through with it is anybodies guess. It most likely will be more game oriented, hopefully without sacrificing it's sim qualities

I went to my local college and the flight teacher at the College gave me "10/10" for flying from Canberra (YSSY) to Goulburn (YGLB) on the Flight Simulator. I think it was FSX. Anyway, thought you would like to know xD

In stead of getting the aerosoft sim, get x-plane 10. That will probably be realeased by the end of 2011.
