heyy. i have this, and everytime i do mi sideburns it gives me these little scratches, like if i kinda burned mi skin, and mi skin gets reli dry!..has this ever happened to you? and how can i prevent it? maybee its too hot wen i do it? idk wat the perfect temperature should be! PLEASE HELP
