  • IMHO, the Sedona Method is a method that is quite impossible to do wrong as it is based on 3 very simple steps only. If you are fearful of making a mistake with the method, then simply allow yourself to let go of that fear. Give yourself the permission to do so, and know that it is alright. Whatever fear you have, simply and gently drop it. It really is just that simple but the effect can be quite dramatic.

  • I'd like to know this: to what degree and in what way does the Sedona method transform you?

Have their been rigorous psychological evaluations regarding its effectiveness by various prominent psychotherapist like Yalom, Wilber, Firestone, Beck and others that share -in great detail- their respective take on the SM? I wonder.

  • is it possible to do the sedona method wrong? what if i say something bad and release something i dont want to release (i have ocd and my mind tends to play games). I'm scared that I accidentally released something I didn't want to. thanks
