FYI: Chicago Cops are allowed a minimum of (2) 15 minute breaks and (1) 30 minute food break during their 9 hour tour of duty. Officers are permitted to do whatever they please with this time. The focus of the video should be on personal safety not inattention to duty folks. Ultimately, their partners were awake and only footsteps away.
