@wescomedia I was there too man at the age of 15. What a day that was to see all those bands you listed. I remember the Boomtown Rats were practically booed off the stage. A couple of guys were throwing dirt folded up in those old wax coated Coke cups. Caused a brief fight where I was sitting. Wow!!! The memories of that day... I'll never forget them.

I was there too! VH was the best, and the band everyone wanted to see most. Anyone else there has to remember that they kept delaying VH because people were crushing up against the stage. But the organizers couldn't get the crowd to back up. Finally, DLR took the stage, grabbed a mic and yelled, "GET BACK FROM MY STAGE!!!" And there was an instant wave across the field level fans. Great show! There wasn't a blade of grass left on that field when it was over.

This was a great day for all who remember... My sister (16) drove a friend and me (15) to this show. Not sure why our parents let us go. I would never let my teen go to an all day show in LA.. lol Cheech and Chong hosted... Boomtown Rats, UFO, April Wine, Aerosmith... VH finished and we left. haha PS. DLR changed a couple times throughout the concert so this may be genuine. If anyone has the original 70's demos that Gene Simmons paid for you will hear a few songs have different versions.

what the hell mashup song was that? i recognize the lyric from Romeo Delight "taking whiskey to the party tonight and Im looking for somebody to squeeze" this must be an early version that they changed up for the album "Women and Children First"
