you know jody weis wasn't shit for a superintendant of police. but you can tell that he genuinely cares and is trying to do something to help combat these issues in this city.

i''m sure the info in this book is outdated as soon as it came out..like the iphones. you kop the newest one and then bam it's already dated. you can still get some use out of it but not for that long.

I'm was born on 48th n Loomis and grew up there till I was 7 years old. Thank God my mom had the sense to get the us all the fuck out of that god forsaken city. I feel so bad for all the lost souls in the city. No child deserves to be brought up in such a hopeless land.

If that's too hard for you, then you shouldn't even be commenting. Chi has had gangs since 1800's you mean? Sure, I wouldn't doubt that & of course most there are homegrown.
