Wangjaesan performance box-office hit

The music and dance performance of the Wangjaesan Art Troupe is running on in the People's Palace of Culture.
Since it raised the curtain on April 23 it has been seen by many people-officials from ministries and national agencies, those in the fields of culture and the arts and the media, working people, youth and students, overseas Koreans and foreigners.

Похоже, что чечетка (степ) пользуется большим успехом у корейских зрителей.

В марте показывали концерт ансамбля военно-морского флота, и там было 2 номера со степом (один из них также с аккордеоном, но в исполнении женской танцевальной группы). А в представлении Ванчжэсана таких номеров 4.

How a country (supposedly bad according to the western world)can produce so many (I said SO many) talented artists, pianists, violinists, singers, gymnasts ? if NK was really that bad ?....
