WXII Tolly Carr DWI 911 tapes- Casey Bokhoven memorial held

As friends and family of Casey Bokhoven gathered at Forsyth Country Club where Casey worked as a chef for a private memorial, Tolly Carr's lawyer released a statement expressing his client's remorse.

911 tapes were released detailing the moments after Carr ran into and killed Casey Bokhoven and then crashed into a building.

Casey Bokhoven was struck and killed by a pickup truck driven by WXII (Winston-Salem, NC) morning anchor Tolly Carr, Sunday, March 11 around 3:40 AM. Bokhoven died at the scene, trapped under the vehicle.

Charged with DWI, Carr admitted he had been drinking and warrants detail that he refused a breathalizer test. Blood was taken from Carr for anaylis. More charges could be filed.
