  • and YOU are the reason that i got a 95 on my ap calc midterm:D thankyouuuuu

  • @saturdayismonday happy to help :)

  • My Calculus study pattern:

    1) Take notes in class

    2) Read textbook

    3) Watch PatrickJMT

  • @Canada9318 dont forget the most important part: work on problems!

  • @patrickJMT Yes, I pause your videos and solve the problem then watch how you do it. Then of course, I do the suggested exercises. Calculus is getting pretty interesting too so that helps.

  • @Canada9318 ok, just making sure : ) it is amazing how many people skip that step so often.

  • @TheMikeGClark hahaha, that is hilarious. i do not think it is so bad. uptight people might though. maybe you should bring a picture of me, light some candles, and do a little prayer in the corner before class and see the reaction... : )

  • there's a really annoying high pitched noise in the background. but thanks for all the help, i was looking for something like this

  • You are amazing. If you are not already a teacher at a college you should be. And if you have not written a math book already you should. I would buy your book and if I am still taking calculus I would attend you class at your school.

~Sincerely, I recommend you to all my friends guy.

  • Yo yo what it is Patrick. I noticed you seem to skip a chapter out of my book that comes right before this one, which is simply areas and volumes that are slightly less complicated than the disk washer/cylindrical shell method. These include finding the areas/volumes of pyramids, triangles, hemispheres, etc.. Anyway you could post a video doing some areas where you have to use similar triangles/ maybe a hemisphere problem where you must use Pthyagorean to find the radius? justdonated$20:)

  • IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW

  • THANK YOU!!!!! i finally get this!!!! ur videos have been so helpful with ap calculus!!

  • i love u man

  • i was failing calculus and doing really poorly on the tests, once i started to watch your videos, my test scores went above the class average. Your videos are so helpful!!
