not true. we used to out run cops on our off road motor bikes in the field behind my house, we would go down into the creek that went miles, and they couldn't get their cars and trucks into the creek.

soo im quite late. but anyways...
cops in a car VS me running through the street.. i get away? whats the cop gonna run me over? is it he gonna jump out the car and tackle me? if a cop is in a car, and im on foot, running through a city, the cop in the vehicle will not be the one to capture me
