材料:牛腿肉切小塊、泡菜、韓式辣椒醬、蔥段、薑末、蒜片、醬油、鹽、糖、香油、太白粉水

做法:把牛肉、一大匙醬油、一茶匙太白粉水、適量沙拉油油一起攪拌,準備鍋子加油熱鍋後倒入牛肉開大火拌開拌炒,這樣牛肉就不會黏在一起變白即可撈起,再把蔥段、薑末、蒜­片下鍋爆香,再加入韓式辣椒醬炒香後加點水,之後把牛肉、泡菜、太白粉水倒入拌炒一下,最後加點香油拌炒,這樣就可起鍋裝盤,這樣就完成泡菜炒牛肉
