@yankeeboy1927 You sir, make no sense. He is actually referring to letting Jesus take the lead in his life and how he is going to stop trying to do everything himself. Also, it's tough for me to take you seriously with what you wrote for your last sentence. I'd rather listen to a guy rap about his beliefs than listen to the majority of secular rappers who talk about sex, money, and drugs in their music. Lecrae raps with a purpose, unlike most others (who do it for money). I'm praying for you.

My favorites were Lecrae and Tenth Avenue North. I just felt like I really connected with their songs and I loved their stage presence!

lecrae played this song at Passion 2012. I didn't know the song. But I knew I wanted God to take the lead of my life.and how often I get in the way. So I sat down, bowed my head, and let the lyrics become my prayer to God. I felt vulnerable, but I felt peace, too.
