But the nazi subs get blown up the end. This one definitely didn't make sense, and I should have made it shorter. 8 minutes is too long.

The segment starting at 2:12-2:30 is from "The Curious Adventures of Mr. Wonderbird" (aka "Le Roi et L'Oiseau", "The Shepherdess and the Chimneysweep" and "Adventures of Mr. Wonderful). Came out in 1952, but due to creative differences between the principals, it was issued in a different version in 1980. Click on "About this video" to find a link that lists all the cartoons used in this mashup. The brief zeppelin scene is also from Wonderbird, as well as some later shots of the same giant robot.
