the worst microphone colocation on snare that I ever seen. That's kill the sound !

the tempo is slow and that is kind of pop/funk/rock style so you shouldnt hit to the top of the hi-hat. to near of it.

Wow...for the first 40 seconds of this video, you have the beat completely backwards; you're interpreting the 2 & 4 as the 1 & 3. You eventually found the time and it was okay, but man that was weird to start with.
Also, I wish the video and sound lined up - bummer.
