10 pounds up, now at 165... attempted 175 shortly after but will have to wait til next week.

  • the secret is starting slow, refining technique and slowly progressing... just keep at it, the get up is a wonderful movement and along with the swing has changed my life. Thank you tboneuri i will keep them coming

  • thank you, i later did 185... recently i have cleaned up my diet and have lost about 20 lbs... my new goal is to do a bodyweight get up, vid soon
