Chip jumps 11'6" his first attempt, 12' his first attempt, 12'6" a new personal best, and he attempts 13 feet for the first in his vault career.

Chip jumps 11'6 through 12'6, and his frist attempt at 13' on a 14' 160 spirit, capping it. Standards are at 30. Chip weighs 153 pounds, and is 6 feet tall. Chip's second attempt is on a 14'7" 160 spirit. He was tired and wasn't jumping on it like he was in warm ups. That last attempt is very scary.

  • wtf last attempt. that is way too big of a pole for u right now. work on ur swing and stuff with a shorter pole.

  • drive swing is decent but when you get you legs up to your chest try lifting your legs vertical to the pole. if you do that you go from what looks like ten to about 13 or 14 depending on how much practice you get

  • awesome... how long you been vaulting for?

  • hey chip if you need to work on your swing... ive got a tip for ya, if your intrested send me a message =P gj on 12'6"

  • Chip Is one crazy guy, but thats how vaulters are. He needs to work on his swing and he'll have some real height. Good work so far though.

  • do you think the winter x-games in aspen should add 'snow-vaulting".. I do!!!

  • chip.. you rock!!!!
