Last oneee!
So I tried putting links to images of the wedding, but I didn't have room for all of them, so I'm not going to bother. What you saw in episode 49 is all I'm putting up, because I want room for an 800+ word episode for the last one. You'll have to use those dirty imaginations of yours ;)
-
We woke up around 7'oclock on our wedding day. February 14th. I rolled onto my side, seeing the person I will be waking up to for the rest of my life. He was beautiful. "Time to get up Joey." I whispered into his ear, rubbing his chest. His eyelids twitched, and his lips puckered as he began to stretch.
"Mmpgh." I heard, and I laughed.
"We're getting married today." I smiled, and his eyes popped open.
"We're getting married today." He grinned the biggest grin I had ever seen.
-
We showered, threw on clothes, and made our way to the church. I kissed Joe one last time before we met again at the altar, and met Demi and Miley at the top of the stairs. They each took my hands, and led me to where I was to change into my suit. By this time it was 10:00am, and the wedding was two hours away. Demi pushed me back into a chair, and started doing my hair. She combed, moussed, combed, sprayed, and finally, she was done. I let Miley moisturize my face, and put a tad bit of makeup on me. I looked in the mirror, satisfied with their work. "Thank you girls." I smiled, and took my suit out of the closet.
"Did you bring tightie whities?"
"What does it matter what kind of underwear I wear?" I asked, taking off my shirt.
"You need to look sexy, not satisfactory." Miley said, and hauled something out of her bag. "These, are sexy." She held up black boxer briefs, and threw them at me. I sighed, and glared at them.
"Joe doesn't care—"
"Yes he does."
I opened my mouth to protest, but didn't. I stripped off the rest of my clothes, and Miley gasped.
"What?!" I grumbled, and she shook her head.
"You should have man-scaped."
"Jesus Christ." I grumbled, and pulled on the undies.
"A clean willy is a good willy."
I couldn't help but laugh, and pulled on my trousers. I slid my shirt on, buttoning it and tucking it into my pants. I let Demi tie my tie, and I noticed how beautiful she looked in her blue dress. "You look gorgeous." I whispered to her, and watched her smile up at me.
"So do you." She finished my tie, and kissed my cheek.
-
Right on schedule, at 12:00, the organ began to play from the patio. The sun shone brightly, and I poked my head out the doorway. I saw everyone sitting in their chairs, and Joe. Joe was standing by his best man, Ryan, a mutual friend from school. I stood back, and felt butterflies flutter in my stomach. "I'm nervous."
"Everyone's always nervous before their wedding."
"What if I trip? Or I stutter?"
"You'll be fine." Miley and Demi said at once, and I shut up.
"Okay." I breathed, and Demi took her date's arm. She stepped out beautifully, and I watched her walk down, poised and perfect. Miley did the same with her date, and then it was my turn. I linked arms with my Mom, who was both her and my Dad. I kissed her on the head softly, and we walked out. My heart beat out of control, until I looked into Joe's eyes. I calmed instantly, my whole body eased to my spot beside him. My mom sat in the front row, and I took Joe's hands. I felt him squeeze slightly, a smile glued to his face.
"You look beautiful." He mouthed, and I felt the red rise to my cheeks.
"So do you." I mouthed back, and heard the priest begin.
-
"And you may kiss your husband." The priest smiled at Joe, and I felt Joe snake his arms around my waist. He dipped me down, and kissed me with more romance than ever. I cupped his face, putting all my love into that kiss.
He pulled me back up, took my hand, and we walked back up the aisle, people chucking rice at us. Joe pulled my hand, and we ran into the limo I didn't know we had reserved. "A limo?" I asked, laughing.
"You're welcome." Joe smiled, and off we went to spend the rest of our lives together.
