  • When he says curd, he means yogurt. What we mean by curd out here in the west is completely different.

  • I tried this recipe, doing exactly as shown in the video but it only yielded about half a cup of cottage cheese. Yours had a whole heap of cheese. I used skim milk and low fat natural yogurt with live culture. I waited till the milk was at a rolling boil and then turned off the heat before adding the yogurt. What might I have done wrong. I would not bother to do it again as I can purchase cottage cheese without wasting all that milk and time.

  • how many teaspoons of lemon would you use if you substituted the curd?

  • thank you for posting this video.. i am going to try this...

  • @chinadollsyndrome In India, plain yogurt is referred to as curd.

  • @Interview1998 no need to be so judgemental. Don't like it, don't watch it! As simple as that. Stop posting rude and shallow comments!!

  • omg I ate Cottage Cheese for the first time in my whole life and THAT SHIT IS NASTY.. i just manned up and swallowed half the tub. When I was at the store I was like okay this cant taste too bad... but when i took my first spoonful I almost just YAK'D. This is definitely the last time I use cottage cheese to gain protein...

  • Why not do simple and drink milk itself if i want protein...?
