Run for 45 minutes? I'm running inept... my dog runs on my treadmill more than I do....

I run between 9 and 15 kms each time i go to the gym, which is 4 times a week. Ignore this mong, build yourself up at your own speed until you are fit. That's what i did.

I Brake the time up with fast/med/slow
first 2 mins... 5.5
4 mins 6.0
6 mins 6.5
8 mins 7.0
10 mins 7.5
12 mins 8.0
than i go down... or i start at 5.5 again... depends how i heel.. i do that for 3 miles.. after that slow 5. till i get to 30 mins.. than i walk for .25 at 4.0.... this improved my time alot.... good luck

what kinda food should i eat before i work out,so i dont feel bloated? i dont want to go on a empty stomach. advice anyone?
