Hi, and thanks for uploading. It's really helpfull!

I have one question though. When i try to export my project, it only gives me three options: 1) adobe flash player, 2) adobe flash professional, 3) adobe premiere pro project.

I do not have the option to export as DV stream or MPEG4 or any of the others. Any clues on why that is? I'm using After Effects CS5.

see, i dont have all that dv or MPEG4 either, just the main 3. and i did as you said about the render, and when it finally got done downloading. the Proxy got enabled, and now my video is just a white screen. any help?
