In most any U.S. History class students are taught that when government goes awry you have the right to petition your elected official for redress. In the "inner-city" should a law abiding U.S. born descendant of slavery petition his or her elected official, you will be arrested & jailed by police as a result of a citizen's arrest being placed against you by Democratic Party affiliated Los Angeles City Councilman Herb Wesson's office, etc., which truly proves how inept black leaders are.

Herb Wesson's disgraceful response to the call and need for redress is surprising in the least. Herb Wesson is a protégé of fraudulently holding elected office and in violation of the Los Angeles County Charter, former Los Angeles County 2nd District Supervisor no good Yvonne “Brentwood” Burke.

Now if the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, etc.,............then the sacrifices of so many soldiers during the American Revolutionary, the U.S. Civil, WWI, WWII, Korean, Vietnam, Iraq, etc. Wars are rendered meaningless. Far too often public servants from the legislative, executive, & judicial branches of government do not see that the laws on the books have been paid for with blood & great sacrifices.

Now if the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, etc., is not being used in a color blind fashion to protect the Constitutional rights of law abiding U.S. born descendants of slavery egregiously violated by the atrocities of a government seriously gone awry....,

President Barack Obama, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, former Congresswoman Diane Watson, Congresswoman Karen Bass, the Democratic Congressional Black Caucus, former 2nd District LA County Supervisor Yvonne B. Burke,2nd District LA County Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas, 10th District LA City Council Herb Wesson, 8th District Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks, etc., etc., etc., ......

..... typically the petition is ignored, trashed, left unanswered, the petitioner receives a worthless response that has no connection to the serious issues presented, and/or you can be placed under citizen's arrest for trespass, as it pertains to the actual grievance presented to bring light to very serious criminal acts, civil tort violations, and truly un-Constitutional acts on the part of agents and officials of government!

My Mom, Mrs. Esther M. Lofton, was placed under "citizen's arrest" for "trespass" by a LA City Councilman Herb Wesson field office employee at 1819 S. Western Ave. The LAPD would not make the arrest without Herb Wesson et al taking responsibility for this unwarranted arrest. She was arrested and transported to the 77th Precinct Jail facility at 76th and Broadway.

Furthermore the utility pole is on my property and not a single police officer provided a warrant, to give any government official the authority to climb the pole that is on my property. I'm a 30 year property tax paying resident of the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and a law abiding U.S. born descendant of slavery.
