This is a colection of tests that I made using Blender and Truespace. I'm a big fan of AnimationMentor School but, I can´t afford the course, So I study animation by my own and with help of my friends around the world. I hope AnimationMentor doesn´t mind that I made some characteres like some they give to their students. My intencion was not fake the school, I just choosed as start point things that their students do to practice animation.

  • I have a question. I'm using TS 7.6 and I see you've clearly mastered the program. Your material looks great!

But how do you go about keeping clothing and ready-made hair on the characters/or TS avatar characters. I'm not sure what I need to do to keepthese items secure on the model prior to animation. Thanks in advance. I'm new but I guess you can tell:)

  • well, I guess only the blue cat was done in TS, the guy with hair and cloth were done in blender. Blender has full support to these things. I stoped using TS since I started in Blender.

  • those animations were good but that dude at 0:52 was REALLY creepy and nasty. at least you put some nice clothes on him so he doesnt have to go naked anymore. his shirt was a little bit bouncy but its still way better than i could do

  • hahahahahaha nasty! thanks for the fun comment!

  • Which is better, Blender or True Space? I know this dude who swears by TS but i never got around to trying it. Im a Blender User, so i already know what Blender has to offer. I just want a comparison of the 2.
