From Vision on to Take Hart that cheeky chappy Morph has shown us the right way to do things. Here we see
how he deals with Westminster City Council's attempt to charge motorcyclists and scooter riders to park their bikes.
A parking sign that has been "Rathboned" (obliterated with paint in any way) is invalid, if you park in a bay whose sign has been painted DO NOT PAY! You cannot be given a ticket. A ticket issued in error will be cancelled upon appeal. Just make sure you take a pic of your bike like Morph does.

All power to whoever is 'decorating' these signs. If the scumbags of Westminster CC get away with their motorcycle parking tax you can rest assured it won't be far off for the rest of us.

Yep, and the excuse they gave was that the money raised would pay for the building of multi-storey car-parks.
52 years later and they're still charging.
