The Federal Reserve is an institution shrouded in secrecy, with no legal obligation whatsoever to disclose how they are spending trillions in our tax dollars. HR 1207 is our chance to force them to ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS and hold them accountable.

  • Well, THIS is something what I call an original way of spreading a message.

Instead of putting an old congressman in front of the camera we have a sexy blonde explaining the evils of FED.

Maybe this way some of the thick skulls will get an message.

    Im not complainig ... :)

  • @pryorka82 .

Wiki is often a good starting point. It's easy. I could dig further for you but I doubt that would help. And yes, regulation and laws are two different but closely related things.

Try not to miss the forest for the trees.

    Good luck regardless.

  • @ReduceGHGs Thought I'd point out that you should never reference wikipedia. If you want actual information on law there are many good lawbooks written by professors of law and judges. Anyone can edit wikipedia and it's a platform for special interests, advertising, and slander when the option presents itself. Besides it does not appear the wiki page on regulation says what you seem to think it does. Like others have said a regulation and a law are two different things.

  • @midtra52 .

    Sillyness. That's for sure!

Try that Wiki site yet to learn what some uses of regulation? Perhaps you expect enforcement to be immediate. Okay Judge Judy.

  • @ReduceGHGs Well this is pointless. All I can tell you is to go kill someone and see if you have to wait for a regulator to show up for you to end up in jail... Just plain sillyness.

  • @midtra52 So if every lawyer on the planet belives what I'm saying YOUR opinion carries more weight? THEN you tell me to read a basic law book. Been there, done that. Have you? Not likely.

You lack information. Just go to Wiki and read what a regulation is.

When are you testing for the Bar? lol!

  • @ReduceGHGs Yes me and every lawyer on the planet can read your post, that doesn't make it true. Laws are laws, you don't need a regulation to enforce a law. Read a basic law book, or a simple website on law. A law is just that, a law, a regulation is something completely different.. called a regulation. The two are different things separate from one another and enforceable by different people.

  • @midtra52 Try reading my post... "Regulations are necessary to enforce laws..." No, I'm not the one confused.

CO2 is now LEGALLY considered to be a pollutant as per the Supreme Court. The EPA will have to establish REGULATIONS to enforce the law.

Due to the advantage corporations have over the typical citizen we need laws and regulations to keep them from taking advantage of us. The Cuyahoga River burning was but one of many examples where regulations are used to enforce the people's laws.

  • @ReduceGHGs Bureaucrats administer the will of the corporations bribing them or those they used to work for or hope to work for, not the will of the people.

  • @ReduceGHGs You seem confused. Regulations and laws are not the same thing. You don't need a regulation to enforce a law. It's illegal to kill someone, that's a law. If I kill someone a regulator does not have to decide whether or not to prosecute me. Rather a prosecutor will take me to court because I broke the law. A regulator can make a new regulation and only other regulators in his office can enforce it. You, me, police, and prosecutors cannot do anything ourselves.
