Hola A56cuatrocincosiete, Gracias y es la verdad son muy ricos, sobre los guantes deja te explico, ningun taquero usa guantes por la rason de que tienes que poner y quitar es anti igienico y sobretodo se te quemarian cuando agarras la tortilla y el aceite derritiria los guantes, si te fijas los buenos taqueros no usan jollas ni accesorios en sus manos osea no tienen anillos ni pulseras ni relojes nada, las manos se laban asta los codos con agua y jabon y luego se desinfectan con alchool. saludos

@mago57 Most of the people I work with are Mexican or from some part of central America. I love those guys and how they are willing to help you if you need help. We are only 3 Americans and the rest from there. The Americans (including me) have fun with those guys and love their cooking too.

One of my personal favorite foods are Mexican and anything Latin flavor. Authentic food is something my country lacks and sucks in. That's why it is a obesity country...lol

Why don't we have some real food over here in Florida. All it is around here is processed crap, artificial chicken (and eggs) with nasty quick burger joints. We need more Mexicans around here to change our "American" ways.

Realmente se me hizo agua la voca. Esos tacos y las quesadillas se miran deliciosas.. Es la primera vez que miro esa tecnica para derretir el queso de las quesadillas. Le voy a intentar a ver que sale jeje..
