This sweep is called the Stomp Sweep and is from the butterfly guard. Aaron also shows how to transition to this position from the Half-Guard Lockdown. From there he goes to butterfly guard, and then sweeps to the mount.

  • when you have one butterfly hook you can sweep on opposite side kicking out on 9:30 or 2 :30 o'clock depends on which leg you got in half butterfly , other trick is to make pressure with your heel of outside leg on opponents calf when he is staling in lockdown
