you are better off with single carb .those twin carbs are a pig to set up and offer no real gain over single

Misfiring badly, camshaft buckets need adjusting, air filters are useless and it will have bad flat spots. No doubt the carb diaphragms are stretched or holed. Get the basics right, and it could be a nice retro car.

As far as I know the engine is standard apart from the air filters.
