Great plan of action, Gentlemen. However, we have too many State employees. The time has come for a revolution in the thought patterns of elected officials. Politics as usual has gotten us where we are, and although I applaud your plan to wipe out the $700,000,000 budget deficit for FY 2011, its just the beginning of what MUST be done. Set the budget at 20% less than last years actual spending, and then let the Government Employee Unions decide if they will cut individual rates of pay or jobs
