You have lead in your body. The key here is that it is in safe quantities which you seem to like ignoring. The safe dose of chemicals is not a consistent thing across all chemicals. Our body reacts differently to different chemicals and furthermore the effects drastically change depending upon their levels. The safe dosage for fluoride compared to other chemicals both more and less toxic than it can vary greatly as your body reacts so much differently from chemical to chemical. Basic chemistry.

It's a hell of alot cheaper to dump the waste water into the public water supply than it is to have to it disposed of officially, as it's deemed a highly toxic industrial waste product. The process to dispose of something this toxic is extremely costly it would actually have an effect on the production costs thus effecting the profits of the companies involved,

People make alot more money making people sick than having to pay for the disposal of a toxic waste.

So judging by your statement, you think it's ok for children to suck on toys made from lead paint as long as it's in small doses? You are aware that lead paint was banned due to high toxicity levels no matter what the dosage was and that Fluoride is classified as a highly more toxic chemical than Lead, yet we don't ingest Lead, but we do Fluoride.

Please try to find a peer reviewed paper showing that industry created by-product Hydrofluorosilic acid & Sodium Fluorosilicate is so beneficial to ingest for humans that we should add any of it in all of our water supplies. You won't find it my friend.

It's toxic waste from the phosphorus industry.. which if added into the air, waters, rivers & the rest of the environment, is critically dangerous & poisonous.. but if it is added into our drinking supply, it's good for us? WHAT???

fluoride was origionally used on rats as a poision, but the fluoride in human consumption actually DULLS the train of thought and makes one more suceptable to agree with things they wouldnt normally agree with.
