I was doing commentary for TV and could not film any of the Finals, but due to popular demand and countless emails, I found a way to upload the video of this fight. Sorry about the quality, but you have to admit the quality of the broadcast itself is very impressive!!

Abu Dhabi Sports TV only aired the Finals of each weight class, except the Alexandre de Souza vs. Gabriel Vella fight due to time constraints.

Respect to everyone on this site. I know I am going to get killed for saying this, but can't we leave aside the personal attacks and calling each other dumb fucks and what not. This is BJJ, the most beautiful sport in the world, and we all love it and feel passionately about it but don't have to knock each other down to make our points but can learn from each other's analysis/opinions.

whats your point. There is not a single combat sport that replicates a street fight. Boxing allows you to turn sideways exposing your back and there are no kicks or ground work, kickboxing neglects ground work, mma neglects eye gouging, groin shots, hair pulling etc, and bjj neglects striking and slamming. That being said the top guys from any of these sports could easily handle themselves in a fight better than 99.9% of people out there anyways
