07/01在網路上看到了介紹台中川X餐廳的蜜糖土司,感覺很有趣,於是用家裡的土司來試試看,不過因為我不喜歡太甜及太油的東西,所以將原本要塗上奶油(是真的奶油?)­與糖的土司條改成法式土司作法,增加了蛋香又不致於過甜,搭配微甜的克林姆醬,多層次的口感與味道在咬下瞬間充滿整個味蕾,用水果沾上克林姆醬也是相當滑順可口,似乎用酸­味水果會更有滋味喔,不過份量相當多呢,至少要兩個人來吃才行,一個人應該吃不完的。
