Let's Be The Change We Wish To See In The World! :)

The wake-up calls are becoming more & more obvious....not just with what's been happening in Japan, but with the entire world. The importance of connecting to the heart, releasing what no longer serves us & taking positive action in our lives is more apparent now than ever before. I share my thoughts on some of the ways we can all be this positive change we want to see in the world & transition from this world of fear & suffering into a world of love, peace, balance & enlightenment. :)

We're constantly being presented with contrast in our lives- I feel that ultimately contrast is here to allow us to know what we do and don't want. Once we know what we don't want, we can make empowered decisions in our lives to create what we *do* want!

It's up to us whether we see the so-called disasters as opportunities for growth or if we become victims of circumstance and give our power away. Remember, we always have the ability within us to view these disasters as wake-up calls, as a call from our Mother Earth to make a positive change! :)
