@AliciaTrecourt Who wants to spend $8 on a crappuccino? Apparently quite a few many people, enough to get a Starbucks on your way from a Starbucks, to a Starbucks for your addic... I mean to quench your thirst, or whatever.

Chipotle isn't free of bullshit, but it is a hell of a lot better. Hopefully they'll keep improving!

I work at a chipotle outside of Philly, we Wear gloves at all times when handling food, when we change our gloves for a customer or to begin a new task, we wash our hands before putting on new gloves, as well as having a top of the hour hand wash every hour. I asked my area manager about them not wearing gloves, and was told that it was jet because they were making the commercial. Have a burritoful day!

Chipotle became a susidiary of McDonald's in 1999 when McDonald's acquired the controlling stake of the company. At one point, McDonald's owned shares accounting for approximately 87% of the voting power of Chipotle's common stock. In Chipotle's earlier stages, McDonald's helped Chipotle's operations by sharing its own distribution networks.

@mattincinci I am an employee of Chipotle. McDonald's did invest in Chipotle at one point during our middle period. But they divested completely from us in 2006 when we went public.
